Payroc Acquires i3 Verticals' Merchant Services Business

Payroc, the partner-centric payments platform, has completed its acquisition of i3 Verticals' merchant services division. This move increases Payroc’s annual processing volume to over $115 billion for approximately 190,000 merchants across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, the U.K., and the EU.

Announced in June, the acquisition expands Payroc's ability to deliver comprehensive payment solutions to a broader network of partners and merchants.
